1. Design: Admin Revamp
The PressBooks Admin got a facelift, due in large part to an upgrade in our underlying engine to WordPress 3.8.1. More news here.
2. Documentation: Guide to PressBooks (!)
A long-overdue “Guide to PressBooks” is in production. Lots to fill in yet, but you can find the skeleton and some live chapters here: guide.pressbooks.com. … want to help? We could use help with: writing how-tos, editing, figuring out what else needs to be documented. If you’d like to volunteer some time, send us a note: support@pressbooks.com
3. New Feature: Forcing breaks in chapter headings
Sometimes you want to force a break in a chapter heading in your PDF output. Here’s how you do it:

4. New Feature: Back-matter with Metadata
We’ve enabled adding chapter author and chapter subtitle to front-matter and regular chapters for some time. We’ve now added support for adding these extras to back-matter. For more info see:

# 5. Feature: Search & Replace
We’ve added global book search & replace. This is an alpha feature, please test and let us know if you run into any glitches. For more info see:

6. New Feature: Domain Mapping
You can now domain map your book to a URL of your choice. This is a premium feature, for books upgraded to E+P Pro. For more info see:

7. New Themes: Galbraith & Galbraith Color
This theme is a classic, built mainly for serious non-fiction. Black and white and colour versions of the theme are available. More info here:
8. New Themes: Graham & Graham Color
A variation on Galbraith, Graham has uses a modern sans-serif font for Chapter Heads, headers and other elements. Once again there is a black & white, and colour version of this theme. More info here:
